When you visit Bethel, you will find ordinary people gathered to worship God and hear His Word. Our worship services are centered on Scripture, prayer, congregational singing, and the preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We sing a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary songs that help the congregation reflect on the truths of Scripture. The sermon is the central part of the service and typically lasts about 30-40 minutes. We celebrate the Lord's Supper every Sunday. Families worship together, and children are welcome in the service. Come as you are and join us!
EVERY THIRD WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH. Join us for an evening of fellowship and growth for all the family! We share a meal together (Potluck style) and after the meal, we gather for a table talk with the pastor. All are welcome!
"Every Thought Captive" is a weekly newsletter written by our pastor, Thiago Silva, to help Christians think deeply and live faithfully in a distracted age. Each week, Pastor Thiago reflects on Scripture, theology, and the challenges of modern life—offering thoughtful insights to help believers grow in wisdom, clarity, and spiritual maturity. In a world filled with noise, confusion, and competing ideas, this newsletter seeks to bring our thoughts back to the truth of God’s Word.
The title comes from the apostle Paul’s call in 2 Corinthians 10:5 to “take every thought captive to obey Christ.” That vision shapes the purpose of this newsletter: helping Christians learn to think Christianly about faith, culture, and everyday life. Through biblical reflection, theological insight, and pastoral encouragement, this Newsletter aims to strengthen your faith and deepen your understanding of the Christian life.
We invite you to subscribe and join this ongoing conversation as we seek together to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind.
